
Today’s kiddies’ musings are exercise. Yes, you read that right. Our children need to ‘move’ their bodies, not sit in front of screens all day, especially during this lockdown.
There are many benefits of exercise, and believe me, I can testify to its numerous benefits.
I’ll list a few here:
• helps reduce obesity
• stronger bones, heart, and muscles
• fitness
• improves concentration
• builds confidence and cognitive skills
• manages anxiety and depression
It’s not too late to engage your children in training for their age.
